Event Overview
This will be the first meeting of the East of Scotland Transnational European Programmes (ESTEP) Forum.
Aim of ESTEP Forum
The ESTEP Forum aims to develop a forum for discussion within the East of Scotland on the various transnational projects that currently exist. It aims to allow for the exchange of best practice and to encourage active audience participation with regards finding out more about the many opportunities the various EU programmes offer, how to get started, find partners, pitfalls to avoid etc.
We are looking at quarterly meetings with each meeting having a specific theme primarily related to Transnational Cooperation and Lifelong Learning Programmes but also cover FP7, CIP upon demand.
Audience
The ESTEP Forum should be of interst to colleagues looking at transnational project development in areas of economic development and vocational training. Those sectors which the ESTEP Forum is targetted towards is are all public sectors eligible for transnational EU funding. For example: local government; colleges; universities; social economy; voluntary sector; and transport partnerships.
